“Third party” just means we work with a trusted company (not us at home with a printer!) to make and ship your order. We use Printful, a professional print-on-demand company.

Here’s how it works:

• When you order a tee, Printful prints it fresh on a premium-quality blank.
  
• They pack it up and ship it directly to you from their UK and EU facilities.
  
• This setup keeps delivery quick and reliable.
  

Since we currently live in Arizona, if we tried to ship everything ourselves it would cost a fortune in postage and take much longer to reach you. Working with Printful lets us avoid those extra shipping costs, so we can actually get these tees to you in the UK at a fair price!

Please allow 24–72 hours for processing, since each item is made to order. Shipping time for UK orders is usually 4–13 business days once shipped.

Every product is printed on demand (no bulk stock sitting in a warehouse). This means each shirt is made fresh just for you, so it takes a little longer, but you’re getting proper quality every time.

Once you place an order, you’ll get a confirmation email within 24–72 hours. After your tee is printed and shipped, you’ll receive another email with tracking info. You can follow your order through the link provided in that email.

Absolutely. We use SSL security to protect your details. We never store credit card information , it’s only used at checkout to process your payment securely.

All our products are printed on premium tees and quality checked before shipping. If you receive an item that’s damaged, contact us right away at tayandalex310@gmail.com
